Olga has worked in real estate for 25 years. She came to the United States at twenty, sold homes and commercial property with Sotheby's International Realty and RE/MAX, and then opened Nova Terra Realty, with offices in Illinois and Florida. She is its managing broker and a Realtor®, a member of the National Association of Realtors.
Her clients kept asking who would finance their deals, so she started Nova Terra Capital to arrange it in-house. Because she underwrites loans, she sees a deal's economics from the lender's side too. Most agents can't.
She looks for solutions, not problems, and aims for a win for the client, for her team and for the community around the deal. Many clients have bought and sold with her for years, deal after deal.
